These terms apply to deadsexyoc.com and to tickets, VIP packages and text messages from Dead Sexy OC, a brand of Exclusive Business Marketing, LLC, 16371 Gothard St., Ste C, Huntington Beach, CA 92647.
Tickets and entry
- All events are 21+. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.
- All ticket sales are final. Management reserves the right to refuse entry. Lineup and set times are subject to change.
VIP tables
- A deposit reserves your VIP table. The remaining balance is your minimum spend, paid at the table on arrival, plus a minimum 15% gratuity.
- VIP deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason, including no-show.
SMS Terms
Program name: Dead Sexy OC Event Alerts.
Description: When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Dead Sexy OC about events, ticket and VIP reservation updates, reminders and promotional offers at the mobile number you provided.
How to opt in: by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box in the chat widget on our text alerts page, deadsexyoc.com/sms, or by texting us directly.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
